If you are reaching out to inquire about the status of an order and it falls within More Than A Designns stated Turn Around Time of 14- 16 business days, those e-mails will not be addressed so we can continue to work on and get out orders.  You can find information about our Turn around Time on the main page of our website as well as the Terms and Conditions box agreed upon by each customer before being able to complete the check out process.

More Than A Designn is a MADE TO ORDER SHOP, we do not offer refunds or cancellations unless your product arrives damaged or falls outside of stated Turn Around Time. 

Each order will receive an e-mail conformation after checkout, when your package leaves the shop, when it is out for delivery as well as when it is delivered.

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9-5 excluding weekends as well as any and all Holidays.

All messages/emails/ect. received after 5:00 p.m. will be counted as the next business day.  Please allow 24 to 48hr turn around time for e-mail response.
