Once your package leaves More Than A Designn it is sucked into the alternate universe know as the postal service. We try our hardest to make this process as streamline on our end as possible but even though we try, More Than A Designn can not control the schedule of the postal service.

 More Than A Designn is not responsible for lost, returned, or stolen packages.  If an item is returned for a wrong address, insufficient address, return to sender, ect the buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of a reshipment fee of $3.75. No refunds will be issued.
